1. Who we are

The Foxlog Fulfillment Shopify app ("the App") is operated by Foxlog ("we", "us"), contact info@foxlog.sk, foxlog.sk. The App connects a Shopify store to the Foxlog fulfillment platform (portal.foxlog.sk) so that orders can be picked, packed, shipped and tracked.

2. What data the App accesses

To provide fulfillment, the App accesses — only for stores that install it:

• Orders and their line items, including customer name, email, phone and shipping/billing address (protected customer data), payment/fulfillment status.
• Products & variants (SKU, EAN, weight, price) and inventory levels and locations.
• Fulfillments — to mark orders shipped and write back tracking numbers.
• Store & app settings you enter in the App (Foxlog API token, enabled carriers, callback secret).

3. Why we use it (purpose)

• Forward new orders to your Foxlog account for fulfillment.
• Write fulfillment + tracking back to the order and notify the customer.
• Synchronize inventory (on-hand quantities) between Foxlog and Shopify.
• Offer carrier options and pickup-point selection during checkout.

The merchant is the data controller; Foxlog and the App act as data processors on the merchant's behalf. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Where data is stored & shared

Order data is forwarded to your own Foxlog account (EU-hosted servers). The App itself keeps only the minimum needed to operate — your app settings and Shopify session tokens — in a database on our EU-hosted server, over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Data is shared only with your Foxlog fulfillment account and with Shopify (for writing fulfillments/inventory). We do not share it with any other third parties except where required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

App settings and session tokens are kept while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, or on a Shopify GDPR request, we delete the related records. We honor Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact the merchant (data controller) or us at info@foxlog.sk.

7. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Access to Shopify data uses expiring OAuth access tokens with the minimum scopes required. Access to our systems is restricted and logged.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email.

Zásady ochrany osobných údajov (SK)

Shopify aplikáciu Foxlog Fulfillment prevádzkuje Foxlog (info@foxlog.sk). Aplikácia napája Shopify obchod na fulfillment platformu Foxlog (portal.foxlog.sk), aby bolo možné objednávky vyskladniť, zabaliť, odoslať a sledovať.

Aké dáta spracúva: objednávky (meno, e-mail, telefón, doručovacia adresa zákazníka), produkty/varianty, skladové zásoby a lokácie, fulfillmenty, a nastavenia aplikácie. Účel: odoslanie objednávok do Foxlogu, zápis trackingu späť, synchronizácia skladu, výber prepravy a výdajného miesta.

Uloženie/zdieľanie: objednávky idú do vášho Foxlog účtu (EU servery); aplikácia si drží len nevyhnutné nastavenia a session tokeny na EU serveri cez HTTPS. Dáta nepredávame ani nepoužívame na reklamu.

Retencia/zmazanie: pri odinštalovaní aplikácie alebo na GDPR žiadosť dáta mažeme; rešpektujeme povinné Shopify compliance webhooky (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

Práva (GDPR): prístup, oprava, výmaz, obmedzenie, námietka, prenosnosť — kontakt na prevádzkovateľa obchodu alebo na info@foxlog.sk.
